Alise King was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She is a multi-award winning R&B/Soul artist who have opened up for the likes of the iconic Chaka Khan, the legendary Aretha Franklin, the trailblazing George Clinton, Bobby Brown, Kelly Price, Dru Hill, Michel’le, and Chanté Moore just to name a few.

Alise has won competition nation wide from The BET Apollo Live Tour Contest, The Motown Museum Amplify Competition as well as The Detroit Singing Stars contest for the Detroit Tigers and more! She has received many awards for her artistry from “Entertainer of the Year”, “Best Female Soul Artist”, “Best Female R&B Artist”, “Best Live Performer” with a host of other prestigious awards.

In 2017, Alise was hand chosen alongside with 11 other noted Detroit artists such as Karen Clark-Sheard, Vickie Winans, etc. by the Queen of Soul herself, Ms. Aretha Franklin, to pay tribute to her legacy in concert at the historical Detroit Music Hall. In 2018, was then chosen again to pay tribute to the legendary group The Jackson 5 in Detroit.

Alise has traveled touring from state to state sharing her musical talents and gifts. She has graced stages in North Carolina, Washington D.C., Oregon, Indiana, California, Ohio, and more! She is currently working on her 2nd projects titled “Love Avenue”.

Alise is a powerhouse vocalist with impeccable stage presence. She is the true embodiment of SOUL! She even refers to herself as a D.I.V.A., Divine Instrument Vocalizing (her) Ability, which is to use her gift of song to spread love, joy, happiness, to people across the world!
